Debby Cabreros, CMT promotes health and wellness by providing therapeutic massages as a relief from stress, everyday ailments, discomforts and/or pain.  She has a holistic approach to massage by offering wellness products to help achieve your goals.  Her goal for every client is to obtain overall health and well-being.  Wellness consultations are available upon request.

Debby Cabreros completed the 720-hour comprehensive program at the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA which included externship and clinic hours in 2005.  She has been a massage therapist ever since.  Her past experience consists of working in an acupuncturist's office, clinics, day spas, health fairs, and sports events.  Currently, she is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and stays current with her continuing education.  

Debby is known for her Combination and Deep Tissue Massage.  With the Combination massage, she utilizes a variety of techniques (Deep Tissue, Pressure and Trigger Points, Stretching, Shiatsu, Swedish) to cater to your individual needs.  After each session, observations will be discussed and self-care options recommended for home and/or work.  Other modalities are offered; visit the Services & Rates page to learn more.
